- By creating an account, you affirm you are at least 18 years old and have legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your child.
2. Acceptable Use
We aim to provide a safe, family-friendly experience. You agree that you and your child will not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes
- Attempt to bypass age gates, consent flows, or security features
- Upload or share content that is abusive, hateful, or otherwise unsuitable for children
- Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Service or its content
- Interfere with operation of the Service or other users’ enjoyment
We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated. See Section 6.
3. Content and License
- All stories, audio, video, text, images, trademarks, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission.
4. Apple App Store Terms and Compliance
- If you download the app from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
- Apple is not responsible for providing support for the app. Support is provided by us at support@ori.kids.
- In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligations with respect to the app.
- You acknowledge Apple is a third‑party beneficiary of these Terms as they relate to the iOS app and may enforce these Terms against you.
- We design our app to comply with Apple’s guidelines for family-friendly apps, including restrictions on data collection and advertising to children.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that data will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Suspension and Termination

- We may keep certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. See our Privacy Policy for data retention and deletion.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. In no event will our total liability exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any, or (b) USD $50.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@ori.kids.
- If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, unless prohibited by local law.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify parents by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
